Skype
Skype is considered an IP Telephony provider. It was designed to provide free or low cost telephone and video chat calls. It is great for one on one communications.
We have one VCFA Skype account, several people can use the same Skype account at the same time.
Can be used on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac
Allows for the transfer of files
Zoom
Zoom is built on simplicity and ease of use. Video on Zoom is good. Zoom also includeactive voice detectionwhich automatically finds and focuses on whoever’s talking within a group. Great for team conferencing.
We have two hosts, each host can support up to 100 participants
Can be used on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac
Meetings can be recorded to the local computer or to the cloud
There is 1 GB of cloud storage space

GotoMeeting
GotoMeeting is considered more of a professional standard video conference platform. Video on GTM is good. Has the capability to have a large number of attendees to a meeting.

There is 1 GB of cloud storage space

Attendees can either call in or use audio on their computers to listen and speak during the meeting
