To Access your Voice Mail (VM):
To access your voice mail box from your own phone, press the voice mail key or dial 549.
Options while Listening to a Message:
Forward a VM message: Press < 6 >
Rewind message 5 seconds: Press < 7 >
Pause/resume message playback: Press < 8 >
Fast Forward message 5 seconds: Press < 9 >
Play options Press < 0 >
Date/time of message Press < 0 > < 0 >
Move to next message (retain current as NEW) Press < # >
Scan first 7 seconds of message, then skip to next Press < # > < # >
Stop scanning Press < 1 >
Disable Message Info (date/time/caller) Press < 6 > < 6 >
To re-enable message info for single message Press < 0 > < 0 >
Check Voice Mail from another location:
To check your VM from outside the college, call 802-828-8600 (or your own number). When you hear the Auto Attendent press the * and # keys and your extension (you should not pause between pressing the * and # keys and your extension). The system will then prompt for you to enter your password.
To check your VM from inside the college, but at a different phone, press VM Button (or dial 2113), < * > and < # >, your telephone extension and your password.
