Users of Flashpanel that are part of a group that has admin access also have a general End User access. On some occasions you may log into Flashpanel and find you have logged in as an End User and not as an administrative user. To get back to your administrative group do the following:
A. On the upper right hand side click of your browser click on the arrow pointing down next the 'End User'
B. In the drop down click on the administrative group you are part of. If you are unsure what your administrative group is please contact VCFA IT Department.
